I liked 608. It was a fun building romance video.

I decided to do a music video parody, and it seems that someone else had the same idea, although mine is more ... driven and fruity, I suppose.

Sadly, while I tried best to make do with what I had, there really was only a tiny bit to work with--the source footage of the two characters together is only the last 20 minutes of a compilation movie. So, I tried to remix what I could, add effects where things got slow or off-beat, and rely on internal sync to carry many scenes. I rushed this one at the end due to pending Pro deadline, but since I got some encouraging comments here and there, I will revisit and try to tweak it even further before a formal release.

So its now reveal time huh? My 2 entries were #178 and #613. My goal for this year's contest was to edit videos that would be different than my usual style or what people would expect from me. So even though they didn't make finals, I'm really happy with how they turned out

I was similarly disappointed it didn't make it. It was one of my favorites of the contest, as well.
