We only saw some of the winners, came in late. Showing seemed pretty good for Florida standards. Was unfortunately disappointed by the Action winner. Does anyone make badass videos anymore?

Excuse me, that seems like a pretty rude thing to say, especially if you only saw some of the awards. If you wanna critique a video, that's one thing, but outright saying you're disappointed by a video's award is a pretty shoddy way of expressing your opinion. It's people saying things like that that makes a lot of the newer editors scared to submit anything.

Yay I was really glad I closed down my artist table to get into the AMV contest (the ONE other thing I did all weekend XD). We were both so happy to get Best Romance after that AMV being in the works for so long. And I was really glad to see my GTO vid get an honorable mention

Now if only I could get rid of this avysynth error to get more footage I could start making AMVs again XP

I saw an artist alley person in possession of one, they were proudly presenting it for all to praise.

So... not a rumor. Probably best to bug people over email at this point. Can't imagine they'd be frequenting these forums...
