Hey Madara!

You can still submit your AMVs! It is recommended without the intros and outros (to maximise the screening time at the convention), but not that compulsory (we will not be deducting points from it) ^_^

Btw was curious to know, were there many people from our region(namely Sydney) who sent in AMVs here in previous years? I don't really know any editors who lives here besides Shinnie04.

Hmmm... I took the reigns in 2010 (as far as I remember, AMV comps in Sydney were going downhill in a few other conventions) and had a good ratio of Sydney folk to the rest... Then there was a rise/revival and in 2011, we had a lot of Sydney entrants, but also a fair bit from others interstate (ie. ShinoMatrix) and very few internationals (notably Shin).

But I guess I can say, yes, a good number of Sydney folk (and smaller cities surrounding it like Newcastle and Bathurst) entered the comp the last few years~

I hope we can have more people who are talented in AMVs come out of Australia within the next 2-3 years, and I'm doing my bit to promote AMVs in Australia
