I have to strongly disagree. The anime has an incredible story, and reading the manga makes it THAT much better.

I'd be said brother. Though I feel a bit misquoted here, I sort of stand by it. When I watched what I had, I was a bit biased towards the more sensitive series - less blood, less war. I am wrong about my original statement - but I still think the series is a bit overglorified.

All this is based on opinion, as is everything concerning editing. For my sister - it'd help to not let your personal taste (or that of your brother) to interfere with the rating of a video. Gory or bloody as it may be, it is still an original anime selection, so I think points should be given for that.

EDIT: WHEN DID WE GET EDIT BUTTONS???

Well, I'm a big fan of Berserk simply because of the plot twists and turns. Its not ur average anime. I will say if you haven't heard of or read the manga, then you'd hate the ending and probably the anime all together, but having read the manga, it all makes sense and is excellent. But no, i'm not judging, just chatting =)

As you can see, I take 'unconventional' very seriously. There might be some objectionable content in the second one, but the picture is probably too damaged (deliberately) for it to be really obvious. The dismemberment and violence in the third is probably too cartoonish to be objectionable, but it's there nonetheless.
