Otakucon review: did they overhype and fail to deliver?

Yep, we determined that a little bit later in the conversation over on the Kunicon boards, described as the one with a lot of hexagons

He used aplenty of hexagonal masks over clips with the 3D layer in After Effects... he pulled it off really well, and I wouldn't have the patience for that hard work.

I noticed that, too, but....I didn't enter Evolution Redux. Didn't enter at all, in fact.

The only other Metropolis vid that I can think of that fits the bill would be Metropolis Reactor which was in the 2003 AWA Masters. The creator of that vid (SushiBoyJared) is from Orlando.

The video title is called Metropolis Objection if I remember correctly from the Kunicon forums. There is an entry for it here on the Org but last I checked no download link.
