FanimeCon 2008 AMV Contest - Deadline May 5th

Everyone who has completed all the required stuff "submission info, etc" will receive an E-Mail or two depending on how many you sent in letting everyone know that your entry is in and counted for. Since this will be a mass E-mail I will be vague and not list off what entry's have been submitted by each person.

I sent my entry via e-mail with provided links to download my videos off my private server. I have two concerns.

The links were provided in the e-mail but the entries were not fully uploaded to the server in which it after the midnight deadline even though the links were available Are they still acceptable?

I did submit the e-mail before the deadline though.

i got an e-mail asking for my info, did reply with it just checking that it was received.

my studio is listed as DMRA

well as i said i included 2 versions of the video the lenguage version and the curse free version, i got an email asking which one i wanted to use and i replied saying that if lenguage wasnt a problem then i would like to use the original version but i never got a reply.

I mailed my entry in on May 1st, I thought I had plenty of time, but now I'm a bit worried it didn't make it in.
