Oh come on but getter robo is expected to come with a little cheese. It's old school mech anime.

However I want whoever did Astroboy/Metropolis to fess up. ne rare vid that I was cheering on the entire way.

True

Although it shouldn't have been in the "old school" category, since well, that particular getter robo series was animated in the nineties.

Well sailor moon and city hunter were 90's and ended up in old school. So at least yours was actually an old franchise and was done in a retro look.

Mine should have been obvious. I made the Gravitation video on disk 1, which dealt with them breaking up. It made the finals in romance even if it was an anti-romance video, as it was about breaking up. I don't think it will win, but I was soooo happy to make the finals. That people were able to see beyond that it's two guys to the story and emotions behind the video. My goal was to make a shonen-ai video that was strong enough/dramatic enough that guys wouldn't freak out that it was two guys. Which I think I did that. Heck when I had it tested with friends they thought Suichi was a girl. (shrugs)

I want to say that there was alot of great videos this year. This was my first AWA contest I entered. I have to say the Various amv to the Race that was great. Also Sierra your wolf's rain video was great too. I made the other wolf's rain video that was in the contest. Metallica's "Of wolf and Man" Video #29. I know it didn't get nominateed but oh well that's how things go. I'm just glad that I could enter it. Well congrats to everyone that was nominateed and the best of luck.

Guess I'll go ahead and reveal mine also. It was number 47, the Capoeira dance video. A few folks tried to guess mine beforehand, and this one wasn't the first that came to mind, so it seems.
