dang...i was hoping to have my video premiere earlier so i could send it to sakura con...is it allowed to send to other cons that are on the same date or after feb 29th?

also, i registered thinking you had to make an account beforehand like with some other cons, and i got sent the ftp info and everything...does that close up within an hour or so or does it just stay open until i use it?

You can send it to Sakura-con, too, since sakura-con is an offline contest, and we will published your video before they could do it.
