I seem to be having some trouble with the OtakuVideo page. Was my entry accepted? I uploaded it tot he FTP almost a week ago but want to make certain since I seem to be having trouble with the page as the status for it still says pending for some reason.

So far just says entry form received i did include mediafire links to the vids so i hope that's enough since its past the FTP due date

While that site may be live, the submission process changed this year and that is no longer the site used to submit videos to this contest. Check the first post and/or the AWA site for more info.

Fuck, I input my infor and uploaded before that was up. I wasn't aware of the change. NGSilver, could you check your PM box? I'm truong tp rectify what happened since I uploaded over a week ago and thought the entry was secure so I didn't check the pages again.

Any links placed in the link field on the entry page are for after the convention download linking, not for the contest entries. This was stated in the submission overview I provided at the beginning of this thread (and on AWA's forums) as well as on the entry page.

Some people have been confused and I want to clarify. As long as your entry lists 'Video Checked' it means that everything should be fine on my end. If there are comments also associated with your entry then those comments may mean something as well. 'Video Checked' is the final phase from my end for entries. Once Jingoro gives the OK on all entries I'll change them to 'Video Accepted' which means that they have passed all rules issues and should be ready to compete. The only people who should need to still worry are those who have notes that I have added or if your video does not say 'Video Checked'.

Of course, if you are already talking with me and we have worked something out then you should be fine as well.

Has anybody else been having problems accessing the FTP site? I keep getting back messages that I don't have permission to access the folder or even if I get it I can't seem to upload anything.
