Not likely I'll have the time to but if can luck out and find time to get footage prepped and have a couple of free hours when it starts.

An ocean of dust and randomly strung together pieces of hydrogen, serving no purpose other than allowing all of us to continue in our misery, doomed to an enternity of petty squabbles and meaningless ego trips, until the whole thing one day explodes and starts the whole shebang all over again. - Chaos_Angel

A lot of people have been asking me about WHEN the matches would actually happen.
All of this will be explained in the join thread, but I figured I would let it be known here. After the brackets have been set up and you know who you are going up against in the first round, you will then contact your opponent and find out when you would both be available to do your match. Keep in mind that you'll want to have about a 3-4 hour buffer of time available (about a half hour for pre-match stuff, 2 hours for the actual editing, then about an hour to an hour and a half for encoding, uploading, etc.). Some matches needed less time than others, but it's always a good idea to make sure you'll have plenty of time to get everything done.
ALSO! Keep in mind that you will want to also plan it so that you'll be available 24 hours beforehand to pick your anime source so you have time to rip, prepare, and WATCH your footage beforehand (you have no idea how much it helps to watch the footage soon before your match).
So! Quick overview. Lets say I'm in the tournament against Rozard. Here's how it'd go:
Me: Hey Rozard. Sup?
Rozard: Nothin. Sup with you?
Me: Nothin... Iron Chef? When?
Rozard: Hmm.. How about Thursday night at 9pm EST?
Me: Cool. I'm free then, and the night before so we can pick our source.
Rozard: Me too. Bad ass.
Me: Cool. I'll see you Wednesday night then.
Rozard: Rock.
Also, quick tally: 26 people have expressed interest. Looks like we might just have to make this a 32 person bracket....... Hooooooooo boy.....
