It would still create more work for the coordinator, and each pre-screener group would still probably be pushed past their peak attention spans.* So it's questionable whether the benefit would offset the extra effort. Also, I prefer that pre-screeners be able to move the category of videos if need be.
*I'm attention deficit, so it's possible that I underestimate the attention span of others.
