It all depends on the context. My rule of thumb has always been "play the video for your mother, and/or underage sibling/child". If none of them are offended, then you're probably OK, as these demographics are most likely to complain about their snowflakes being exposed to bad stuffs.
There are situations where said words might be considered inappropriate, but also situations where they might be fine. An example would be Simple Plan's "Addicted" which features the line "I'm adic...I'm addicted to you" which when heard in the song, sounds very much like "I'm a dick" and considering the pause afterwards, the effect was probably intentional. In my opinion, this would be acceptable content. However, In Eminem's "Suck my Dick" he uses the line "I was high when I wrote this, so suck my dick". In this situation, I would consider the usage inappropriate for a general convention audience.
Unfortunately, as you can see, everything has to be taken in context, with regards to the AMV on a whole, so I can not confirm whether or not you will be DQed for inappropriate content. The only thing that I can tell you is to submit anyways and see what happens
