Anime Expo 2014 AMV Competition - Finalist List POSTED!

in regards to the AMV Room:

We have put aside a block of time called "Creator Takeover" (was Creator Spotlight last year) where creators can show and introduce a few of their AMV works in a 10 minute slot. The Slots are scheduled on Thursday (Day 1) starting at 1:15 pm to 2:45 pm so there are 9 Slots in the AMV Room.

If your interested, please PM me and I'll add you to the list. Also include your approximate time preference (no guarantees though). Having a slot does not mean a free pass into AX (you will still need to get that yourself), but will guarantee you admittance to the AMV room for the entire creator Takeover block.

Please note, if there is more interest then we have time for, we will take into consideration those that did not have a Creator spotlight slot last year.

ALSO, we will be doing AMV 101: The Basics on Thursday at 12:00 pm on Day 1 as well. If you are interested on being on the panel and discussing your experience at AMV creation, please also let me know as well. We do have only a limited amount of space.

technically we don't reserve seats, just let the creators who are doing a slot for the Creator Take over in (and we can be flexible about allowing others with you in as long as it's a reasonable amount)

I would like to try a creators spotlight/takeover sometime. I am not a very well known amv maker and that's perfectly fine by me. I would like to see what people think of my work though. I dunno if I can show off what I have, I would be too embarrassed to do so. XD I'll definitely try to check out the amv room though and see some fellow amv makers work and processes ^_^
