Yes, if it subtitles you made your self. Or if its needed to explain a scene in the AMV, with audio, it is okay.

I COULD have my current project done in time IF the world would leave me be for a few days (damn work, damn yard, damn life).

And I assume by 'Western' you mean western anime (like Avatar), not western as in Cowboys - like my video.

Ended up finding my last export (I really need to clean up my systems) so I can whip together a title card to mux to the beginning of the stream and encode without any issues.
