I want to make this a separate post to give it some gravity. I am writing this post because an abundance of people are using odd methods of trying to get things changed and I don't want people to waste their time and get frustrated when things don't get taken care of in a timely manner. I am answering all e-mails the moment I receive them, but there are so many that I cannot take time to check any other channels.
All official communications should be sent to amv12@alaamv.info or amv12@animelosangeles.org
None of the following are methods for getting critical information to me:
PM's, phone calls, e-mailing any other address
I do not read PM's, I do not answer strange numbers, and if I do not get the message from you
directly I will not trust it as true.
Reasons you might need to use official channels:
If you are declaring a proxy (someone to pick up your prize)
If you want blue tickets
If you need to make a correction to your entry
Anything else you don't want made public
