Argh, can't edit my posts on this board.

What I forgot to say was: When I originally put this vid up for download, I didn't want to put it up locally, 'cause there were a few clips I was worried about getting in trouble for (like Misato in bed with Kaji, though nothing bad is showing), so I had to fit it onto my TCNJ webspace, which only had room for the 320x240 MPEG-1 version. But if Otakon took it, does that mean it's probably safe to put up on the Carrot? (IIt would be the 640x480 XviD version...)

You really need to go hentai or super-ultra-violence in order to run astray of the Carrot. Misato in bed w/ Kaji is hardly anything too explicit.

If in doubt, you can ask Phade to check it for content.
That's safer than risking a ban.

Everyone congratulate dwchang for winning the betting pool this year! He guessed 178 videos and the official response according to Matt's email was 179! The man'll get his review sometime after the con...

Also, a couple more bits from Matt's email that I didn't see posted earlier:

-Each vid had ~29 graders
-Each vid was graded from -2 to +2
-The median (line all the numbers up and this is the one in the middle) was -0.0400
-The arithmatic mean was +0.0545
-The highest average score was +1.7714
-The lowest average score was -2.0000
-The standard deviation was 0.7700
-78 videos were re-assigned category by the prescreeners.
-The top five videos from each category were automatically placed in the finals.

The category breakdown:
13% Romantic
28% Serious/Dramatic
27% Action
13% Upbeat
17% Humour
(all numbers have been rounded)
