Did you atleast play inthesto?
He had a nice Tekken arcade Stick.
Maybe next year? I'll bring my stick(s)inthesto wrote:I wouldn't go so far as to calling a stick being held together by tape "nice", but it's definitely better than using a PS2 pad.
Still, no forgiveness for people who don't play 3S with me.
I actually would have stuck around longer, but I sensed my friends were getting pissy over having nothing to do, and we had a ten hour drive anyway.

Sorry about that guy. I had originally posted all the names, but then I thought that since everyone always refers to each other by their handles, that perhaps not everyone would want their real names published in the forum.
I would've used member names instead, but not all competitors are org members and of those who are, I'm not familiar with everyone's callsign. It was really late and we were in the process of unloading AV equipment in my living room, so I just got lazy and made a mental note to look them up later.
As it turns out, I don't really need to add names as NWJ has graciously provided the links directly. However, I can do so, if people want me to.
Panda, finding the venue was also part of the problem. Despite the fact that there was only one stage at the TCC, it was not on the map. How are people supposed to know that Hall A was the Performance Stage? I complained, but they didn't get the sign up until it was too late for both my TCC showings. I think it went up during the Sat. morning Non-Finalist showing. It wasn't there when we started, but it was there when we let out. So at least it helped those looking for the ZZ concert -- as if the ticketers line wasn't enough of a clue.

And i would prefer the same format you guys do every year... A seperate official topic with the information and comments listed for each video.

Thanks for the input Panda. I see what you mean. I went back to last year's thread, and Initial B did indeed create a separate place. Luckily, burying the results in this thread didn't make them any more difficult for TaranT to find in order to add them to the Directory of Contest Results. People not knowing where to look will probably check there first and find it through the link.
I posted them here, because the results-related discussion had already started here, so it seemed natural to just keep it going. Also, I was very tired and I wanted to get the results up as fast as possible. I wasn't thinking.
I'll started another thread with the comments attached for you.
Also, check the overall AN entry list. Many of the non-finalist videos are also worth checking out. So please do so.
If a participation is highlighted in green, it means I have confirmed that it is an official entry (be careful though, some people are lying , so when you click on their videos, AN participation has been removed -- though for some reason they still come up in the search).
Although the video hasn't been uploaded yet, the link to Big Poppa is:

Another Crappy Video isn't up yet, but dokidoki's Exhibition video, Hello Fairy, is available.

Hi everybody,
By any chance would anyone know what the Mai HiME music video at the con this year was? I've checked over the results from the competition, and don't see reference to it anywhere, but I know I saw it at the AMV competition replay on Sunday at the Double Tree. It was a yuri/action one about Natsuki and Shizuru... that's about all I remember. :S
Thanks!

There were 2 My Hime videos this year, both by the same creator. There was Evolution of the Hime in the Open category (Evolution - Ayumi Hamasaki) and Within Lovers in the Exhibition Category(What Have you done - Within Temptation).
I thought they had been posted to YT, but now I can't find them. I don't know if they're posted anywhere currently.
