No, if you yourself add subtitles that is okay. What we are mostly talking about DQ's is subtitles from the original anime episode.

Then again, there is no DQ on subtitles, if, per-say you have a Japanese line spoken in the amv and the original subtitle to explain what they said.

But if there is a video clip with a stray subtitle with in it, then that is grounds for DQ'ing. I hope I explained well for you, and everyone else to understand. ^.^;;;
