AWA 2011 - Contest deadlines (all past)

You can enter Pro or Expo and not show up. If you know anyone that is going and you win an award they can pick it up for you. Although you'd have no way of knowing in advance if you won or not.

Could you please start checking the pro videos first. I can only make changes on mine for 3 more days and i already handed it in last wednesday. It's awesome that you already managed to check one of my expo entries but at this point in time i really need to know about my pro video. Thanks guys. You are doing a great job each year and the new submission system looks just awesome but for now please focus on the videos with closer deadlines. Thanks!

I have gone through and checked all the videos... there are actually 11 videos that people have uploaded and not submitted to any contest yet ^_^
We are going to go through and check off the permission forms...

If I remember correctly, you gotta enter your video first by clicking the "manage videos" tab and selecting "new video". Then you have to go to the manage submissions tab, and click on the "by contest" tab. Then select the contest that you want to enter, and it will give you the option to enter the video that you added.

I fixed things a bit since i first posted the site... as I get feedback I fix things. What is obvious to me... the coder of the site, is not obvious to people new to the site...

the site uses tabs and tree for organizing... sorry

then these are the basic steps (and the tabs apear when you are done with each step, and can go back)
1) create an account and fill out your information (your real name, address, date of birth)
2) create any pseudonyms (optional... but these are nicknames, studio names, or any other name that you want to be credited with... you can have multiple pseudonyms and use them in combinations... it is up to you and how you want to be credited)
3) register any videos you want with the site (you give the basic info... video name, and stuff... then you add video and audio sources to the video... then access the file tab to get an ftp account or to give me a URL to download from)
4) then you submit a video to one of the AWA contests...

you can upload your vid when you want it...
if i go to process your vid and it is not uploaded yet, i move you to the back of the line... if the line is over... and it is not uploaded yet... then you get bumped...
