Pre-requisites For Joining:

* Must own at least 10 anime DVDs.
* Must know how to rip DVDs and put it into an editable form.

You'll want to read through the lyrics. I don't think you understand what the tournament really is

(there's no real "submitting of entries" involved)

Bah, I failed my fancy wording, I mean, depending on when the latest date possible is (I assume there will be one?). Eg. I'll have to compete before Dec 30th or sommin.
