you can upload your vid when you want it...
if i go to process your vid and it is not uploaded yet, i move you to the back of the line... if the line is over... and it is not uploaded yet... then you get bumped...

I am going to be too late for the pro contest this year ...this is what I get for procrastinating so much. I might enter the expo though and see what goes down XD Besides there is always next year ^^

FYI I have gone through all the forms I have received by email and snail mail. If your video as of right now does not show your form has been received, then I will need you to re-submit the form, preferably via email to videoart@awa-con.com.

Also, I have four forms for videos that appear not to have been uploaded, or at least not registered for the Professional Awards. I've notified these people directly by email.

So I was an idiot and submitted my form before I registered the video [which has now been submitted/uploaded/registered], which I guess is where my form got missed. I just wanted to make sure everything gets sorted out.

you only need one form (the form is supposed to be for the person, not the video)...

CodeZTM... can you send me a PM with the name of the video you had on the form... and the name of the video you ended up submitting, so i can handle things for you?

I appreciate the alert, i hope everything is sorted out with my entry now. i haven't entered this contest in 3 years and either i don't remember how complex the submission process was or it was changed dramatically between then and now.
