Can you vote your own videos into categories? I mean; I wouldn't vote my own work as Public Prize, but categorizing is way different.

Oh ok. People vote for their favorite videos in each category. The video with the most vote for the public prize will be the public prize... And for the categories (ction, dance, etc.), the videos with more vote will get more chance to be the winner of the category, but the final decision for this is up to the judges.
