Well, I didn't get a confirmation e-mail. Am I in the contest? At least I could get an e-mail saying I didn't make it, your kinda leaving me hangin'!

Ok sorry for leaving you guys in the dark, Hecticly trying to organize all the last minute things before I go out of town. I have compiled the final list of entrants and put them on CD for the judges. If you are not on the list, Sorry theres not much I can do about it at this point, Everyone that emailed their entry to me in the correct format (with working links and such) has been entered into the contest. There is a total of 30 videos sumited. Here is the list of Studios/members who will be competeing:

The CDs will be handed to the judges by me while I'm on the trip, and they will have 2 weeks to complete their analysis of the videos and return their rulings to me when I get back. As posted in the first message, they will be looking at visual/audio quality, Story/flow, mood, how well song fits anime, and effort. They will also be judging on which ones they just liked best overall aswell. I'll also be asking them to pick out their personal favorite to give merrit as the "Judges pick" when the winners are anounced. There is only 1 grand Winner for the contest, (that will get the anime DVD) not seperate categories like most convention contests. However there are 2nd and 3rd place honorary awards aswell.

I just realized I didn;t mention anythong about the online voting, That is still in effect. the judges are just narrowing it down to the final 5 that will compete online here. THe judges picks may or may not be in this final 5, thats just an award set aside for them to give to whatever video they want to give it to.

So someone needs to get links to all the videos and put them into a single post, for group downloading right?

no only for the final 5. Like anyone is going to download 30 vids and vote on all of them ;p

Yup, I did make two double posts. It's cuz I always press back to check on the posts I've made and I always get the posting page. But hey, I'm glad I'm in the contest. This sounds fun. It's my second one. I'm currently in another contest for my video Blue Skies (Shine). It would be great if your guys all helped out in voting at the contest. I always do this, I always promote other peoples projects and stuff. Whatever. The link is in my signature.

Judges are still voting, Due to Otakon and such, voting is a little behind. Expect online judging to start by next week.
