I sent the seller this question:

"How do I know if this is real? Does it come with a letter of authenticity? How rare is this ticket? How many were issued? Also it looks a little creased to me which really hurts the value. The ballot looks incomplete too. Isn't there supposed to be a tear-off ballot at the top? Would you be willing to revise the auction to $0.02, shipping included? "

I think I threw away like 1000 unused ballots. Gee, if only I'd have known they'd eventually be worth something.....
