As both the AMV Theatre and Contest have now merged into one department, It give me great please to be in charge of the contest this year along with the help of Xstylus as my assistant Contest Coordinator. Between the both us we should bring together what should be one awesome Contest Event.

Currently the rules are now up on Sakura-Con Web site and can be found here:

Please read over the rules as there have been some changes made to last years Rules and the contest itself. Also this year, there will be changes made to the judging system to determine the finalist and judges selections.

We should have the signup for video entries up soon after which we will be accepting entries. Please note that the deadline is February 22, 2013. This is not a postmark deadline but all entries must be in our hands deadline

So how are you going to defend your title if you don't make any more AMVs (IE Is about making an AMV)

Castor will defend his title by sitting there and doodling a flipbook with crudley drawn images of the characters and then proceed to use the flipbook for the audience enjoyment.

Either that or he will constantly argue to settle Iron Editor over a rousing game of Jenga.

I've retired from normal videos and I'll only do Iron Editors since they're only in the span of 2-3 hours.
