Ohayocon Speed Editing Competition (CHALLENGER NEEDED!!!)

Hello everyone!

Ohayocon is coming up here soon and with the the AMV Speed Editing Competition is returning as well! The first bit of news is it's now being re-branded as..................................... (drum roll).................................. THE AMV FIGHT CLUB!!!!

First rule of the AMV Fight Club... Tell everyone about the AMV Fight Club.

Last years competition was great with DA of the Compbros taking the win. But now we need a new challenger to try and dethrone him. If any editors out there would be interested in entering reply in this thread and I will contact you as soon as possible!

The Rules:

• Each editor will pick one video source to use in the competition, while the coordinator will pick one secret source that won't be revealed until the convention.
  The editors may use any audio source at their disposal
  A theme will be selected by audience suggestion before editing time begins
  The editors will have 1.5 hours (Trying to get it to 2 hours, will update when we know) to edit whatever they can with their three sources to the selected theme
  While the editors do not have to use both the selected sources, they MUST use the secret source in a creative way
  Judges will be selected from the audience to vote on who wins the match
  The video with the most votes becomes King of the Fight Club for that year!!!

There will be tons of videos played, games with prizes, and fun galore while the editors scramble away. It's sure to be a blast and editing or not. I hope to see you there!

Also too, we are tentatively scheduled to have it on the Saturday evening of Ohayocon. But of course this is subject to change. For those interested, please stay tuned.

We do have at least one rig which for now is a spare and should be more then adequate for use. Of course we will work with each of the editors to make sure they have what they need, but we would prefer the editor bring their own as typically this gives said editor a more comfortable feel, since it is their own rig.
