basically you log in... create and edit yoru account... register videos (upload them) then submitt them to the contests that I help...
JACON is not on that list, becasue they handle thier own FTP submissions.
AWA is not on that list, becasue it has some special rules...
others are not on that list... becasue I am not officiall with them yet (I am always looking to add more conenveitons to help)
