Here are the top 5 videos (plus one I picked = 6) that the Judges voted highest on, in no particular order:

Sivis - Sotajuutso
Jupiter_kingdom - The Reason
Dymatrex - The man who still greives
xpinkpantiesx - The quiet things that no one ever knows
Ab-109 - Gaara vs Lee
Sky_william - Wish you were Here

How the videos were judged:

The videos were judged by 2 diferent judges, (originally was 3, but third one had to drop out last minute) based on overall quality (visually/audio), Mood/feel, Effort, and Editing quality. These scores were tabulated together to make an average, similar to the olympics, then the average for the 2 judges were then tabulated together for the overall average. The top 5 averages were chosen to compete online, plus one that I picked from the ones that didn't make it. (I added this since the third judge dropped out.) There is also an Judges award to any video the judge wants to give it to, but this will be anounced after the online voting is complete. Judge#1 is technically minded, and has seen some excellent videos in the past to compare to. He is mildly strict on scores, but rates more on techncial prowess than anything else. Judge#2 is not as technically inclined, but likes a good story/mood, and especially likes when the song is matched well with the footage. (lyrical sync) She rates more on feel than anything else.

Thats right, its now your turn to decide who will be the winner in this little contest. You have between today (aug 26th) through Sep 2nd to download the 6 videos above, and PM me your favorite. Online voting is stricly based on wich is your favorite, no scores. the judges scores for the finalists and their judge award picks will be posted after online voting is complete.

REMEMBER, PM the votes to me! DO NOT POST THEM HERE.
It is supposed to be private anonymous voting. ALL members of the org are open to voting. Participants in the contest are also encouraged to vote. You may (and are encouraged to) vote on your own video if you think it is the best, ala AWA Pro style.

i can't seem to get this video. when i click on it, it takes me to the information but their is no link. i want to see them all before i vote.

aaah, he mustve taken it down, can;t beleive I missed that.

I'll contact him about it, in the meantime, I'll upload his video to my server and provide a temp link as soon as it is done.

Curse my desire to create a pointless action video. I guess some people like to see some story in an AMV.

Indeed Sivis, Sticky topics are rather intimidating lol.

Anyways, I've watched all of the movies, and I must say, the decision is tough. I'm gonna have to go through them once more to actually decide. Besides, it's pretty close, each vote counts.

But besides that, I wish all of you good luck. You've all made great AMVs, you all deserve to win. Can't we make a little acception this time and have only first places this time Bakadeshi? Lol j/k, even though it would be great wouldn't it?
