Fanime [2005] Deadline approaching

This is a reminder that the Fanime Con AMV contest submission deadline is less than a month away.

Videos need to be submitted by May 7th.

Also remember that we can now accept downloadable videos via the web site
www.yousendit.com videos can be sent to scottanime@comcast.net

You do not need to be present at the con to enter.

gah... i am so lazy -_- one of these days, i will actually burn the dvd and send it your way... maybe i'll do that now so i can just get it over and done with...

Yes Bahamut , Pwolf , and HurQlez
we did get your videos in you should have recieved a confirmation e-mail earlier on this, if not you may want to e-mail me direct to make sure that your contact information is accurate.

We are still workign on the finalist list along with other minor tweeks to make the event better, I do not have any firm date when a finals list will be ready before the con if at all.

Any AMV editor who does go into the finals will receive a personal e-mail advising them so, however again I do not knwo when or if these will get out in time.

well, i assume some time this next week becuase there isn't much time afterwards sinse the contest will be over

Anyone get their e-mails? I know somoene that did get a finalist e-mail, but I have not, so am I to assume that I'm a semi-finalist? (also known as a losser)

i know a few who did... i'm guessing if you havn't recieved an e-mail yet, you didn't make it. good luck next year i guess.

Are they going to put out a list of finalists before the con, by any chance? I'm curious to see what's in there in all the categories.
