Contest My Mix...is OVER! o_o

My third contest attempt, and one that I do believe could draw a much larger crowd due to its versitality - or so I think.

Contest My Mix is a simple contest. I am merely looking for videos put to songs I like. All you need is this:

1. Pick any song from the list below
2. Use any anime (this includes hentai/yaoi/yuri/violence of any graphic level) or videogame of your choice to edit it to
3. Make the video in whatever style you please - effect-heavy, simplicity, whatever
4. Upload it to a-m-v.org and PM me the link (if it's graphic, use your own webspace or something like yousendit - for the second, do it close to the deadline)

Easy, right? There is only one anime/game restriction, that being Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. However, there are a couple of other things to keep in mind.

1. I am the sole judge of this contest. This means you're making the video to please me.
2. If you use any of following anime primarily in your video, know that I will grade harsher: Naruto, DBZ, FullMetal Alchemist, and Yu Yu Hakusho. You could still win with these, but you'll have to work double time to do it.
3. One person per song. Post which one you want, and I'll highlight it red in the original list to make people aware that it's been taken.
4. One entry per person.
5. Obviously, you have to tell me which song you want, but you can keep the anime a secret if you wish.

Before I give you the song list, please keep in mind that I did not list songs based on how many had been done to it. My list formed because there was no video to the song, there wasn't one that I really enjoyed - or, if I did enjoy the video in existence, I just loved the song enough to want another one. So, as you see, this list is nothing more complex than being my mix of songs I like.

***Note: songs with an anime listed next to them are special cases. I will gladly accept any appropriate anime with those songs, of course, but if you make them with the anime listed, you'll automatically earn yourself a free opinion.

Aw, crap. I just realized that two of my rules contradict each other...I said that the videos could be extremely graphic, and then I said upload them to this site. That's certainly not going to work, now is it? Well, if you've made a graphic one before, then I'm sure you know the drill for uploading - find your own webspace. You can even use yousendit, if you need to. Just don't do it until close to the deadline, as I'm likely not going to download anything until then. My hard drive is...let's put it this way: it's begging me for mercy right now. Anyway...

Scintilla - only AC videos? Nah, I wouldn't unleash that unholy terror on the world...yet, anyway. ^_~ Also, DDR is how I first heard that song, and come to think of it, I should probably credit it under both names. It's one of my favorites in Extreme.

First off, thank you very much for the link to that amv you made. I'll watch it later. At this point, I'm only thinking of using your recommended song and anime you listed. However, I will say this much. If I do like the song and I feel I can make a good amv out of it, I will be using Parasite Eve 1 & 2 to make it. Since that is one of the things you listed that you'd like to see, then I'd be more than happy to deliver. Besides, I don't think there are enough parasite eve amv's on this site. So for the sake of originality, I'll do it. I'll give you my official yes or no on my entry either later today, or tommorrow.
