Anime Banzai – 1st AMV Contest - Help us out

Anime Banzai is Utah’s only anime convention; this is our second year and our 1st AMV competition. I’ve only received a few entries and I was hoping to make out first AMV contest a good one. So you might say this is a plea to all those AMV creators out there to send us your entries.

I will be extending the deadline until Oct 15th, and if you have already submitted stuff to other cons this year, don’t worry, we’ll take it.

So help us out by sending your stuff and make this AMV contest a one to remember.

If we get enough entries I won’t have a problem with mailing out the prizes. I’ll pay for it myself if I have to.

Well so far we have fewer than 10 entries. We’ll need over 30 before I’ll mail out swag to contest winners.

But if all you care about is prizes why do you even bother making AMV’s?

Didn't ya hear? They won a few prizes and they're like "Wait...we can get stuff for making this?! 0.o Well, screw the fun! Let's get cranken! I want to win that new Sailor Moon box set!"

As for me, I just recently started entering contests.And even though I love editing with every fiber of my being, I really want to win a prize. I am so tired of my family and friends telling me that AMV editing is a waste of time, and I want to prove to them I can actually do something right xD
