Mulan Water's- First MV ever

So this is a video I made for my best friend's birthday. Since Mulan is her favorite movie, I used that as its source. So, I am hosting it on youtube, because it isn't made with anime. However, I was still hoping that maybe you would be willing to give it a look and see what you think. I am really nervous about giving it to my friend. So if there are any big horrible errors you see or anything you think could be better, I would love to hear so I can fix it before her birthday comes up. Thank you everyone who took the time to read this and is willing to test watch my video for me.

some parts felt too fast for the pace of the song, but not bad at all for a first video... at least that's my opinion

I love that movie.

Well, the song itself it's very slow for the action scenens. I'm no saying it's not possible to make an actioney video with slow paced music, but you have to choose the specific scenes for it. I'd say the reason the video it's out of pace it's just that you didn't sync most of it with the music.
The beginning was nice and interesting, but about the training part it lost me completely. However at the last you made a nice ending (despite of the super fast credits).
