It was a good day for gaming yesterday. With the $50 in gift cards that I had, I picked up BioShock, BioShock 2, and I ordered Bayonetta from another store. Bio2 is the only one I haven't played of those three.

I also pre-ordered Tomb Raider, which may very well have its cost covered in gift cards as well by the time it comes out. I've never pre-ordered a game before (too paranoid about my money usage to take a chance on something I might not like), and I wanted to just once. I wonder what kind of swag I'm going to get...

An ASUS LCD 18.5" widescreen monitor. Not quite as big as I wanted, but bigger than what I have (really, anything is an improvement over this CRT beast), and the price was very reasonable. Now I just have to wait a couple of paychecks to get a replacement computer as well.
