Oh geeze, it's been forever since I've been here x.x; So I figure it's been SO LONG, I'd reintroduce myself.

I'm Zack Z, otherwise known as Nitro....or Nitro "Sama." Heh. I used to be fairly active here, making AMVs here and there. I even made #1 on the star scale...for one day. Then after I graduated high school in 2004, the interest in AMV kinda subsided (It doesn't help that a lot of personal crap got in the way at the time), so I "retired" and quietly left the community.

I look back at the videos I submitted here, and....man they're bad. I mean, I'm not trying to throw a pity party here nor am I trying to get hits on my old videos, I honestly think that nearly all the videos I submitted here are bad. The only ones I felt stood the test of time were "Brother of Diamond" and the DBZ/Conkers Bad Fur Day video. Everything else, eh...they're there for the public. But that's okay! Cause hopefully, I'll have a chance to say "Yeah, I used to make all this...but check out how far I've come with THIS." And that's why I've come back. Right now, this is the best place for me to improve/challenge my video editing. I have new ideas, it's just a matter of finding the time to properly execute them. Until then, I think I'll just mingle :3

I don't think I've made an introduction here ever eh?

Hi folks, my name is m3andchip5, but you can just call me Renato (usually on any forums I join, I usually use my real name as my nickname, but someone has taken it already ). Anyways, I have been here for quite a while, just haven't been posting as much, as I went through many life moments (such as graduation from High School and graduation from Uni, and numerous world adventures). I can pretty much say I'm a random guy... I just like a lot of various things in general. :/ Oh, and some might know me as the Sydney Manga and Anime Show's (SMASH!) AMV co-ordinator in 2010 & 2011, and as a judge in 2012. Now, my position in that con is higher and I am no longer the AMV Co-ordinator, but I am still involved in it. =3

As for my interest in AMVs, I love watching them since 2004 (if I didn't I wouldn't be here ), and now that I think about it, its amazing to see how much AMVs has evolved since when I first watching them at the age of 15... now at 23, styles and editing techniques have evolved! I think I consider myself as an 'old school' guy, meaning I tend to put more focus on some sort of storyline, instead of using a lot of effects. I don't make a lot of AMVs (as you can see in my profile >_>) but I have learned to practice a lot of effects and techniques in the last 3 years which resulted in around 20+ unfinished projects >_> My AMVs that I have here aren't that great, but at least did have some fun making them.

With my interest in AMVs starting to come back up, I hope to finish a couple of projects of mine and enter them in a couple of cons, but in the meantime, I hope to get to know all of you!
