Re: Anyone into photography?
Pictures from my trip to Yosemite this past weekend:
El Capitan
Half Dome
Taken from Mirror Lake. I can't for the life of me remember the name of this formation.
The Yosemite Valley from Tunnel View
The Yosemite Valley from Glacier Point. In the lower left corner are the Royal Arches.
Short story before this next one... At Glacier Point this ground squirrel was sitting on the rocks getting really close to people. He would get up on his hind legs like this and pose. The little bastard kept moving every time i tried to take a picture of him but I finally got him! My coworker, Miguel, was going to come up to Yosemite with us but he bailed at the last minute so I named this guy "Miguel Squirrelcia" in his honor.

Big kitty post!
My friend breeds Bangles. Occasionally I take pictures for them. Here's one of the older cats I took pictures of before we got to the kittens (and the light sucked):

Here's a full 360 degree panorama I made from 42 images I took at the top of Mt. Misen at Miyajima during my study abroad in Hiroshima this past summer. Unfortunately its a bit blurred when view at full resolution due to the way I shot the photos...

Re: Anyone into photography?
I've recently started to get into photography... I particularly like doing cosplay shots and skyscape photography... although anything that looks grand and gorgeous in nature is worthy of my attention... I've been hoping to get a good lightning shot using 30-60 second exposures... but haven't had any luck so far, the sky just isn't cooperating.
My gallery is on my website, specifically http://www.shadowedblade.net/gallery/ - so far not all that much just some pictures taken hastily at Ai-Kon(Winnipeg's anime convention) and some sunset pictures... but there shall be more mwahahaha there shall be more!

Re: Anyone into photography?
I'd like to post a kitty too~
While holidaying in Japan this year, I found myself in Nagasaki, doing the usual sightseeing. I was taking a picture of a statue of Sadako when I saw a cat lazily laying down on the ground, under a hot sun in the afternoon. Thanks to its tired or lazy or sunbaking attitude, the cat kindly co-operated with my shot:
And I wanna post one of my first panorama shots which I also did during my visit in Nagasaki. This was taken at the top of Mt. Inasa:
You can see the panorama in a slightly higher resolution here~
