I have around 120 cds, and only one is rap. The genre as a whole seems pretty horrible to me, though I do confess ignorance of much of the underground and early stuff.

I'm sure you like it when people judge anime based on pokemon/yu-gay-oh/beyblades/sailormoon and call it kiddie garbage.

Hip hop is like America, it's always changing how it looks, but when you look at it for a long time, it starts to suck.

Changing how it looks? The only change I've seen in hip hop is a progression towards more vulgar lyrics and slightly different fashion.
