My List

Post by foxyjames1 » Tue May 18, 2004 6:18 am

Well, I feel that I have absolutely nothing else to do with my precious time than to sit at my screen and ponder a few of the songs that I get all tingly and fuzzy about.....Ok! Here it goes! And no giggling!

Brothers In Arms-Dire Straits
Big In Japan/Forever Young-Alphaville
The Living Daylights-A-Ha
Comfortably Numb/Another Brick In The Wall/Time/Breathe/High Hopes-Pink Floyd
Your Song-Elton John
Mad World-Gary Jules
Lady In Red-Chris DeBurgh
Come Undone-Duran Duran
No More I Love You's-Annie Lennox
What Is Love?-Haddaway (yeah, whats it to you?!)
I Dont Wanna Lose Your Love Tonight-The Outfield
The entire album of SO by Peter Gabriel, dont ask me why....
Sound Of Silence-Simon And Garfunkel
Teenager In Love-Dion And The Belmonts

Well thats all I can muster from this brain drive at the moment....Perhaps when I think of some other worthy songs I shall return and place them in their rightful place. Until then, enjoy!

Thought of some more:
"Still of the Night" by Whitesnake
"Black" by Sevendust (it's a totally different song, trust me).
Sevendust is actually coming to town next Thursday. If I could see them just to hear them play that song (I don't really like the rest of the stuff they do), I would, but I've already got plans that night. Oh well.

Good picks.

Was that the song near the begining in Twister?
The one that goes "Shine on, shine on"?
Although I never saw Twister, nor do I want to, yes. I remember this because it's on the soundtrack. It's also on the band's greatest hits album.

(Sigh) :x Did you bother to read the video's discription? I guess not since you're not e-mailing me for a copy! Do it, NOW! (Starts shaking fist)
Probably too busy to be here right now.

Looks like I'm not the only one who bought the Titan A.E. soundtrack.

Don't forget The Urge "It's My Turn to Fly".

Here's another one:

The original Terminator theme, and the music that plays at the end of T2 when they lower the Terminator into the molten steel.
It's....incredible.

"Oxygene part IV" - Jean Michelle Jarre

The whole damn Halo soundtrack. Pure bliss.

hmmm....just a question, this is suppose to be about songs that make you feel emotion right? Not just your favorite songs?
