Back in the day
Don't feel bad MetalWolf. Most people in the 80s liked Michael Jackson.
During the days of Thriller he could have thrown the baby over the balcony and noboby would have said a thing.

Music to me is the art of sound, not the art of lyrics. Lyrics is just the cherry on top!!! I like any kind of music that sounds good to me, ill even give country a chance, though it hasn't impressed me once yet. Rap for the most part annoys me because 90% is basic, repetitive beats, with lyrics as support. If put in definition, rap is "spoken or chanted rhyming lyrics with a syncopated, repetitive rhythmic accompaniment". And if you pay close attention to mainstream rap, you might end up hearing the repetitiveness. Its like listening to a 3 second temp demo on a peano witch repeats itself over and over. It almost seems that the quality (majority) people are mainly looking for in music, is prepossessed(Influence beforehand against or in favor of someone or something; prejudice). This is a good subject, I could get more heated up in this discussion.

On a side note, Atmosphere a Hip-Hop group who by being underground is quite anti-pop, happens to have mosh pits at their live shows.lostoursouls_666 wrote:i like any type of music you can mosh to and any type of music that can give you the chance to dance with any girl you want but i totally hate hip-hop and pop and all that crap i just like it if im at a party cuz i know th girls do
Signatures are for saying things in a hope to be remembered. I'm not sure if I even want you to remember me.

But metal all the way. at the Moment im listening to LAMB of GOD trying to picture a good anime to go with it. Who knows ?? haha The song black label with ahhh hmm maybe gundam seed or something on cartoon networks saturdaystuff--- maybe wolfs rain? naa thinkin about it- it would probably have to be a bloody anime
Most pop music is the same and lame.... 2-4 1/2 mins long.... trying to get some teens attention or an older crowd///
^^^ i do like linkin park tho for some reason and theyre pretty much pop rock.
being a life long metallica fan.. they changed theyre style, but theyre first 4 cd are classics if not master pieces. In the 90s they got into record label disputes with theyre label and forced em to make records not the way the wanted which caused the quality of music to change. I actually liked all the cds. st. anger has some tight songs... I like some frantic, kind of monster, dirty window, invisable kid, sweet amber. all rock. theyre hitting the studio in later 2005 again for what is suppose to be theyre last album this time with electra. They need a new producer also- I think its time for a change.
owell haha ROCKON peeps peaceout

well i also like some of metallica's new stuff. I like all those songs cept for dirty window and some kind of monster. But you know i will always be a major fan of metallica and that will never ever change and if it does and i turn to like rap. then i made a promise to myself if rock ever dies then i die, if rock lives on then so do I and i will keep that promise in heart till the day i fuckin' die.
