and so is Death, my first choice....just wish the drama between Jane Schuldiner and Karmageddon/Hammerheart would blow over, even though that's over Control Denied stuff.

Classic Man or Astro-Man?, before they lost the dash and their lead guitar player. Or any MOAM at all, since they've semi-officially split up. 10 years and 13 CDs, not counting LPs, EPs, singles, etc....I guess they went far enough.
Life's short.

They remind me of Garbage, the first band to ever get me into music. I still listen to Garbage's old stuff to this day.

"Tonight the Stars Revolt" era Powerman 5000.
Also, 1998 - 2001 era Orgy.
Both of the bands newer stuff is good, but PM5k suffered the loss of two members (they were replaced though), and Orgy had some problems with their drummer.
Oh and Deadsy.
I feel kinda odd out. Everyone (well almost everyone) mentioned bands that have been around longer /and are famous.

All of Them
Guns N' Roses Guns N' Roses Guns N' Roses Guns N' Roses Guns N' Roses
Dammit they piss me off not getting back together. Nothing is worth stopping music like that. Dammit
That should be a new MTV show and come on after Viva La Bam. I don't know what to call it. But they should go around and snatch band members off the street and take them to a studio for a reunion with a psychitrist present.
The shows budget would go to air travel, smashed props, and law suits. (and ice packs from all the crew members that get punched by pissed rockers)
So lets see.
Guns N' Roses
Nirvana
Drowning Pool
Queen
Black Sabbath (with Ozzy)
Metallica (with Cliff Burton not that Rob and Jason don't kick ass)
Van Halen (with Roth)
I don't really remember half the stuff with the Van Halen break up. After thinking about it, out of the Van Halen songs I could name only one that featured Hagar. And it was the one I didn't like (Right Now). So Roth gets my vote. (Hot for Teacher will always be a favorite.)
Who else?
Guns N' Roses....Yes it needed repeating.
Those above (yeah revive the dead) and pretty much all the other great rock and metal bands from the 70s forward.
Some just need to tour and make music again as they did not really break up but retired.
