Hmm, except I never thought cussing is big problem in heavy music like this. In fact... in fact, I think it's something that can be used to very good 'dramatic' effect in the right circumstances.

Unfortunately, this dramatic effect is one thing I sort of found lacking in their aspirations thus far

I just started listening to Slipknot when i heard Duality on the radio so that would be my fav song from them.

I really don't want to be making enemies on my first day, but I have to say something.

First of all, Slipknot is not real metal. They are angsty bull Nu Metal. They have eight members, that apparently still amount to nothing. [Should it really take 8 people to make that crap that they do?] If you want a real band with intensity, go pick up some Dragonforce or Rhapsody. Same intensity and no angsty stupid lyrics. Go to Dragonforce's site and get the MP3s they have for download. Compare that clearly better band's four members to Slipknot's no talent eight members. That is all.

8 members? Are you kidding me?

That's sort of odd. Knowing 3- and even 2- member outfits which could produce musical terror and energy on the level these guys wouldn't dream of...

But let's not be overly skeptical. Hey, they could put those 8 to good dramatic use if they wanted - but do they want to?

How in the hell do you go from 8 to 9 thats totally dumb, but i guess thats just their way of being a so-called good band. You know hearing all you guys talking bad about this almost makes me wanna hate the band, but theirs some stuff that i totally disagree with that they talk about, like the fact they are wanna be Satanist but what in the hell can you do about? Meh.......... who cares heck, even the jimi hendrix is hell a better then slipknot
