The Misfits
If you don't like them, don't post. It's that simple.
Whats your favorite all time song from the band? I mean, with Danzig or without. Its all good stuff. I prefer the old shit myself. Forgive me for the Cliche, but my all time ever favorite is:
"Some Kinda Hate"
I have the boxed set, so I'm looking for peoples oppinions to make a 5th CD from the set, of the best (live, and studio) songs.

Nah, The Misfits are one of the older well-known punk bands - known for their B-Movie lyrics and "ghoulish" stage makeup. They also happen to be exceptionally fun to listen to, and make great material for local-show covers.
Now, for another song - how about "Bullet". Once again, uncharacteristic given its serious and real-world lyrcs, but a great song.
Or, for some recent-era post-Danzig Mistfits, I'd have to say "Helena" off of "Famous Monsters", probably because it works with all of the best aspects of the punk sound, while stepping outside of them to produce something new and different as well.

I wonder if there is any copyright conflict in regards to the band name with the Jem cartoon and your punk rock band.

any song of the misfits is great...I am a big fan of the famous monsters if you want to get the best songs...such as: Dust to Dust, Die Monster Die, Pumpkin Head, Witch Hunt, Descending Angel...or just pick for all the covers songs, such as Die, Darling, Die...misfits are great but I have no love for the undead, saw them in tenn, they were not that great
