Apocalyptica not all of there songs ar einsturmentla but most are.
Dream Theater does hae some good insturmentals but not to many.
Liquid Tension are only instrumental (you could call them a Dream Theater spin off heh)
I know alot more of good insturmentla music but there by symhpony's not exactly like a band.

Bum, fix your sig banners. They look nice, but I think you want that second one on the bottom.
I wouldn't go so far as to call them a spin-off, since 3/4 of the band is the same as DT.Nandez wrote:Liquid Tension are only instrumental (you could call them a Dream Theater spin off heh)
Kusoyaro: We don't need a leader. We need to SHUT UP. Make what you want to make, don't make you what you don't want to make. If neither of those applies to you, then you need to SHUT UP MORE.

But hey, it has Tony! TLev=beast that automatically makes LTE rather different from DT as far as instrumental sound goes.Flint the Dwarf wrote:I wouldn't go so far as to call them a spin-off, since 3/4 of the band is the same as DT.Nandez wrote:Liquid Tension are only instrumental (you could call them a Dream Theater spin off heh)
At least to me, anyway. I'd clearly recognize him anywhere
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I know of Skinny Puppy, and I used to listen to KMFDM daily, but all the other names are new to me.
Time to do some research. I've been frantically looking for new music lately. And it seems a new genre has entered the midst of my interest. A song inparticular, Closing Words by Insomnium. What genre would this be considered?
