Rap Music with Anime

I've been thinking of using the rap song "let's go" (UNEDITED) with the Mezzo series... It's the version with alot of swear words with the tune of Crazy Train.... Good Idea? or just plain inappropriate with all the swearing? (i refuse to use any edited song)

It has swearing? So what? If you like that version of the song, then use it. There is no rule against using music with vulgar lyrics. So forget about what everyone else may or may not want, and go for it.

if the anime is about sports such as basketball. maybe i will like it.
but others... i don't know...

Hello to all. First post, new to the AMV scene.

I love rap, and all forms of Hip-Hop and I think it can work very well if you have an understanding of what the song is about and what anime you are using. When using rap the formula changes, and I only do rap AMVs because they are far more difficult in my opinion.

Because Anime is showered with rock all the time, few anime fans are able to really switch gears and look at it from an 100% Hip-Hop perspective. Rap is about much more then guns, sex, drugs, and blah blah. Those are only ignorant veiws by close minded rockers.

Yeah I made this, but I think its a good example of what you can do when you know the music and the anime.

I enjoy some rap/ hip hop (good dance music, lol.) Have any of you tried putting "Toy Soldiers" by Eminem to Saiyuki or FullMetal Alchemist? It actually fits pretty nicely.

I like any kind of music but generally rock.Ill have to say if u are really into rap and want to make an amv as long as its good than everythings cool.All the cursing and stuff people say it almost all the time.If someone didnt curse att all that'll make a world record.

Who has sucked since he stopped cursing in his music. Also why stop cursing in your music but still curse in movies?
