Music to the old Manga Video trailers?
Back when we had to get our anime on VHS (hope I'm not the only one here who's that old) Manga Video would have a sort of AMV with samplings of their anime offerings edited to hard electronica. My VHS is currently kaput and so I can't check, and it's not done on their DVDs - for some reason I remember it being something like Yello or Yaz, but neither of those sound right when I listen to samples over at Amazon, they sound too soft - help?

While Ultra IS in fact the coolest song of all time, and was famously used as the soundtrack for the Vega vs Chun Li fight in Street Fighter II: the animated movie, it wasn't used for the Manga trailer. Assuming you're talking about the classic extra-length "manga effect" one with the spoken intro, extreme gore, section in the middle with dialogue excerpts from 3x3 Eyes, Urotsukidoji and Akira, and the scream of "MANGAAAAA!!!" at the end, the song is actually 'Refuse/Resist' by Sepultura. If you mean the shorter, less violent one with Dominion Tank Police, Venus Wars and Project A-ko then I have no idea, but it isn't Ultra.
Incidentally, Yello did the music used in the preview for 'Space Adventure Cobra' which often accompanied this trailer, so it's no surprise you might have thought of them.
