One Piece song help

I'm looking for a background OST song for One piece. It's hard to describe, but it starts out with a jungle congo beat, then it adds trumpet to it. It's played at the end of ep 37 when Luffy walks to fight Arlong. This background piece is commonly used when to build up fight scenes and introduce cool villians. I've downloaded a lot songs from the soundtrack, i can't find it, can someone shed some light?
