this will be good
First and foremost, the greatest band this poor shadow has ever known, GUNS N' ROSES....now we continue to other great though not as great as G n' R bands (IMO)..and in no particular order..
Led Zeppelin, Boston, Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Def Leoppard...and more "modern" ones such as The Cult, Rammstein, Disturbed..there are many more...countless, but I'm a shadow with low memory at the moment , so take that and do as you will....fools

Oh how convenient. A theory about God that doesn't require looking through a telescope.

kthulhu - Okay, then you rule. ;D
I was joking, I know some people like 'em (particularly DM, which have a pretty strong following). They're just not THAT well-known these days. And I haven't noticed too many videos for that genre at a-m-v.org either, so that played into my attack of mock self-bashing. ^_^;

Okay, my two favorite bands are TOOL and Nine Inch Nails. This of course was a VERY difficult question for me to answer, as I generally dont like limiting myself so much, but everything about those bands is so spectacular that I dont have TOO many reservations about doing so...
Other bands I really love and admire would include the following: Alice 'n Chains, A Perfect Circle, Depeche Mode, Led Zepplin, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Jamiroquai, Sublime, Beck, Stone Temple Pilots, 8Stops7, and Supreme Beings of Leisure.

Speaking of TOOL, is anyone else going to see them in concert this summer? I'm going to the July 23 show in Ft Worth, Texas
It's embarassing, but I'm still pretty freaking giddy about it. I've wanted to see them more than any other band I can think of. To make things better, Tomahawk is opening for them.
