Not so; just the vocals, and some of the BGM. Most of the rest was composed by Shinkichi Mitsumune (sp?), one of the composers of the music for Utena. I like Ride on Shooting Star, however, Hybrid Rainbow is also quite good.
Oh...If you do not like Fooly Cooly, you probably don't understand it. It scares me that I do. Small artistic details, like a shirt logo or hair cut, illuminate the plot and sub-plots.
The main plot is not growing up, but rather not conforming to the norms of society thus the rock music tie in.
