Hey ************,

I guess you've never seen or been to Indonesia's, India's, or other asian market places. I'm talking about grass roots artists, country folk, musical hobos, and singing children. Have you heard the Islamic call to prayer? Regardless of it's function, there is a music quality to the voice, the tone, the language.

Have you heard the working songs of women, of children? Can you even in your feeble mind percieve the idea that music isn't necessarily what media labels throw at you, but what you find enjoyable about the sounds and silences around you? The big names, superstars, whatever title crap the media gives to people does not qualify them as the only musicians or the only ones capable of making music.
