Took 6 or 7 years of piano lessons, probably can still play now... just don't know any songs offhand.
Four years of horn (love that instrument!) in HS, can still play but have nowhere near the endurance required anymore (not touching a brass instrument for two and a half years will do that to ya).
Can sing, usually have done so in a chorus setting. I'm a bass. I've made not-half-bad recordings of myself doing songs in four-part harmony, and no you may NOT have a copy.
Wouldn't mind singing for a synthpop group or something, as long as I didn't have to write the songs.
Would like to know more about creating my own synthy sounds.
Expect I might be able to start learning about stuff like that once I'm out of college.

I was vocalist in a Melodeath band called "Mindless Mask" some time ago till the band splitt up. We made some nice cover versions and some own songs but nothing serious. Maybe I´ll get a new opportunity this year when our former bassist comes back from the states (student exchange) cause I found some new guitarist and a new drummer. And a band of a good friend threw out their vocalist so maybe I´m in. Remember I made music for my self ... so it won´t be anything else but subterranean.

Death/Melodic Metal
I have been playing piano since as long as I can remember [and good at it i might add](im now 21), I have been playing bass for 3-4yrs and with each new song I keep learning something new.
And I can growl, not sing big difference, I enjoy Grind Gore/Core vocals but it hurts my throat too damn much after some gigs, so death is the way to go.

Priceless. You should try to playing it though. Just remember to be drunk.SarahtheBoring wrote:Every so often I would get the mental image of playing "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" and try not to crack up.

As for me: Voice/Singing.
Although I swear I've lost most of my voice. Used to be a good Soprano...
Don't remember if I was an Alto, Bajo or Mezzo.
*shrugs*
Insert: Don't you hate it when people chant for you to sing? Bastards.
Instruments I used to play:
Piano (haven't touched it in years).
Acoustic Guitar (still play a bit).
Sticks (they are an instrument ).
Triangle (same as the sticks).
"Pleneras" (only around Christmas).
Congas (kills boredom sometimes).
Other drum-like instrument I forget the name of (indeed).
Instruments I'm learning/want to learn to play:
Piano (never to late to restore one's knowledge.)
Electric Guitar.
Bass.
Drums.
Violin.

I played the baritone/euphonium/small tuba for 6 years. I also worked at a music store for more than 3 years.

I played a tuba, but seeing as there is little demand for tubists I set it aside after high school. It's a great instrument but very demanding to play well. Need a out of practice tubist in central Texas and if you can provide the tuba (I prefer paying for my $11,000 truck over a $9,000 tuba, at the moment) I'm there, though. Fun instrument.
Life's short.
