After about 4 months of dealing with Xbox Live, I'm finally being reimbursed for the fraudulent charges that were made on my account back in September of last year. They closed my first investigation after a month without telling me. I found out after the fact when I called to find out what was taking so long. Since then, I've been calling them every 2 weeks to follow up. A few weeks ago they said someone would contact me in 48 hours... i waited 4 days and then called them back rather pissed. I was then told 10 days. Then finally today, I got an e-mail. I've removed my CC and I'm just waiting for the credit to show up. I'm glad this stupid BS is almost completely over.

Other than that, I've completed about 2min of a new video I've had a terrible urge to edit lately so this is nice.

I've finished my parts in our three-way CDVVpartment collab, I can't stop watching it! But...now the waiting game begins. >_>

My hip feels better. I can walk. I can sit. I can pretty much position myself in whichever way I want - without any pain.
The radiation-treatment is really doing its thing on the tumors.

I'm in a good mood because I woke up today, the sun shines, my brother gave me coffee by the bed and one of my favorite records are playing.

Even though my certain circumstances isn't the best, he helps me get through it every day... it truly is amazing how happy he makes me..

AND I got a new/ better paying job recently! =]
